The upper level is a beautiful 25-foot x 55-foot hall with original wooden floors, huge school house windows, and a stage. The maximum occupancy for the upper level is 133 people.
The upper level, which is ADA accessible, features:
Two bathrooms, and several smaller rooms off the main room.
About one hundred and forty five (145) black padded chairs, sixty (60) metal folding chairs, Nine (9) six-foot tables, fourteen (14) eight-foot tables, four (4) nine-foot tables, and four (4) card tables.
A white screen for projection purposes.
The lower level has a large dining area and kitchen. The kitchen includes two (2) stoves, two (2) large refrigerators with freezers, microwave, and three-part sink and sanitizer. The maximum occupancy for the lower level is 49 people.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and serving dishes, cutlery, plates, cups, bowls, and glasses.

Use of grounds/parking area is included at no cost with any rental of the building.
Fee for use of grounds/parking area ONLY is $100/day.
Additional Costs
Weddings and events requiring setup time prior to the event or cleanup time after the event will be charged an additional $100/day.
A refundable $50 deposit is due at time of booking for all small events, meetings, and seminars.
A refundable deposit of $350 is due at time of booking for all weddings and large events ($200 for cleaning and $150 for damage).
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at time of booking for building inspection for large events.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled at least 60 days before the event will receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled at least 30-59 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not receive a refund.
Non-Profit Discount
Local, non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations get 25% off the daily rental rate for events, use of grounds, and parking. This discount does not apply for hourly rates.

Please refer to the calendar on our Calendar Page. Generally speaking, if there isn’t an event on the calendar then it’s likely available to rent. However, please contact us to confirm before making plans.
